Tia's Gourmet Sausage And Hot Dog

Tías is a hot dog stand with a twist. They also serve gyros. Their gyro meat is mixed and presliced rather than turned on a rotisserie. They have lamb, chicken and caribou gyros as well as regular, spicy and reindeer hot dogs. We had the caribou gyros.

The food here is excellent! The reindeer hot dog has a bit of a kick, but it's juicy and absolutely delicious. The Alaskan gyro was also very good. The lady behind the counter was very nice—quick and friendly service!

This is the only reindeer hot dog I've had in Anchorage, but I can confidently say it's the best. I think a husband and wife team runs this stand, and they are incredibly friendly. The prices are reasonable too. I would definitely go back in a heartbeat!
