I love the orange chicken from here! I ask them to NOT make it spicy and with white rice. They have a lunch buffet that isn't real big but it's enough that you can get filled up on. I don't eat at buffets because they are usually dirty and messy. Happy Kitchen is always walking around to the cleaning up spills and put out fresh food so I feel comfortable eating from their buffet.

Happy Kitchen is really a good choice for sushi when in Karlstad. There are not many sushi sites in Karlsyad especially, so the elections are not overwhelming somehow, but happy kitchen actually hold a very high standard, for located in the deep forests of Sweden. I love her fish/Seafood Sallad, it's a must if you decide to visit Happy K. They also serve a few nice Japanese beers that make the visit even better:

Very good food! Unfortunately, you have to wait too long for your food. Even if the staff has little to do. Don't be curious if you want to eat at HK.
