Fast and friendly service. Clean shop. Delicious sandwich.

Clearly they close at 10 which is proven on the website. We went at 9:30 and the first thing they say is ?we?re closed?. They have horrible service everytime my family goes. This needs to be fixed.

I ordered a foot-long turkey sub, but the bread was undercooked and doughy. It was difficult to chew, and I had to speak to the staff about it. The lady I spoke with mentioned that the bread was made that morning and was not properly baked; she even struggled to slice it! When I asked for a replacement, she said she couldn't provide one and that there would be no refunds. Another staff member offered to make me a sandwich, but it ended up being burned while still having the same undercooked texture. I asked for my receipt, but she said she was throwing it away. Eventually, she printed a duplicate for me, but it wasn’t for my order. I've usually had great service here, but today was a disappointment. Typically, a young man who works there provides excellent service, but he wasn’t around this time.

The staff was incredibly friendly and didn’t give me any attitude when I requested my bacon to be well-done or asked to have my sandwich cut into four pieces.

I visited this Subway on April 14, 2019, because it was the closest option, but I won’t be returning. The employee was rude, and she didn’t offer me any toppings for my salad beyond what I initially ordered, nor did I receive the Ranch Dressing I had requested. The girl who took my order prepared my salad, but when she went to the register, another customer approached and handed her their phone. Instead of finishing my order, she decided to assist that customer first, even though I was there first and on my lunch break. When I politely asked her to complete my order, she responded by calling me rude and then threw my salad at me. This is not how a business should operate. I don’t think this Subway even deserves the one star I’m giving it just to post this review. If I could, I would rate it lower.
