Sushi Set - Andreykovo

After waiting an excruciating hour and fifteen minutes, a tall young man arrived and had the audacity to tell me to order "at least half an hour earlier" next time. I wonder if he’ll let me leave work half an hour early when taking orders! If something didn’t suit you, you could have simply declined the order. I’ve worked in this field before, so I know what proper service looks like. To top it all off, the delivery was subpar and not appetizing at all. Thanks, but I will never order from you again, and I will strongly advise all my friends against ordering from your establishment as well!

I've been ordering sushi to my address for the past three years, but today I found out that they can no longer deliver. That's really disappointing.

The rolls are delicious, but the delivery was a nightmare. Honestly, the driver seemed like he was stoned. Be cautious with the drivers.

We ordered a sushi set delivery through Yandex Eats, and they ended up delivering sushi with a live cockroach!!! The quality of the food is terrible!!!

1. Long wait time. 2. The courier mixed up the delivery addresses. 3. Upon opening the package, I found an aesthetic disaster. The rolls looked unappetizing, their appearance was awful, and they were likely from yesterday. The rice seemed to be from the budget brand. Photos attached.
