Ziggi's Coffee - Ankeny

This is my second visit, and I ordered an Iced Salted Caramel with almond milk. They prioritize customer safety by allowing only 15 people at a time. The tables are well-spaced, allowing customers to work on their laptops while maintaining distance from others. The staff is friendly and welcoming! This is definitely my favorite spot in Ankeny!

I found Ziggi's in Colorado while on vacation and didn't know there was one in Ankeny! I live in Altoona and make it a point to stop by Ziggi's whenever I'm in Ankeny; sometimes we even drive there just for Ziggi's! The staff is outstanding—always friendly and quick. I'll definitely keep coming back!

Drive-thru was quick and efficient. I only saw two ladies working and they took my order and got everything ready, in my opinion for a coffee house, very quickly. Ordered a couple drinks and breakfast food items. Extremely friendly. Competitive pricing. Close to my house. Will definitely be returning.

I had 8 out of the 10 visits required to earn a free beverage before I visited yesterday, and then my visit again today would have been my 10th punch. However they are refusing to honor my punches because they have switched to an app. The drink I get is over $9. That's $90 I have spent at this establishment in good faith that my 11th one would be free. A reputable business would have honored my punch card, or at least allowed me to transfer the punches over to the new app. Needless to say I won't be going back again.

Love this place except please get an awning for both your menu ordering and pick up window areas!
