Little Mac Shack

I ordered cookies from Little Mac Shack, and they turned out to be very underbaked and completely raw in the middle. This was both disappointing and concerning.

First off, if mac and cheese is supposed to be the main dish, it should ideally be packaged in a container that can keep it intact, especially since this version was mostly sauce. When my food arrived at my workplace, half of it ended up at the bottom of the plastic bag, and the top of the eco-friendly container almost tore off when I tried to open it. As for the macaroni itself, it was excessively saucy, which affected the overall consistency of the dish negatively. The cheese sauce overwhelmed any hint of barbecue flavor, and the barbecue sauce included felt more like a garnish than an integral part of the dish. To top it off, there was very little brisket. This dish had great potential, and I hope they can improve both the taste and presentation, especially for takeout or delivery orders.

If you're doing a pickup, make sure to go inside Haymaker to collect your food. It can be a bit confusing at first. However, the BBQ Brisket Mac was fantastic!
