This is our go-to spot for tea. As enthusiastic tea drinkers, we have found the quality from Arbor to be truly outstanding. The packaging is excellent and is compostable, which we appreciate. Each order also comes with a handwritten note, adding a personal touch to the experience. Shopping with this company has been a delightful experience overall. I just wish I lived closer so I could visit in person!

This is one of my absolute favorites! The quality of their loose leaf teas is outstanding. They offer a variety of options that are organic, caffeine-free, fair trade, and rainforest certified. The packaging is immaculate and completely plastic-free. I also appreciate the lovely handwritten notes that come with your order. The customer service is fantastic—quick and understanding. A big thank you to L for assisting me with my recent mistake of sending my tea to my old address. I can't recommend this company highly enough!

I've been ordering from Arbor Teas for about 2 years now. The quality of their organic loose tea leaves is literally unmatched as well as the amazing taste of their gyokuro green tea, black teas, puer teas, golden yunnan, sencha, oolong and many others. I cannot recommend them enough and as to the taste, I feel like you can taste the quality difference from the very first sip. Writing this as I'm savoring some real umami from their gyokuro this morning. They are also very quick with shipping and amazing with their packaging. These tea leaves cannot be compared with my local whole foods or even the local tea shops nearby.
