Jet's Pizza - Ann Arbor

Being from Chicago, we wanted to try Jet's. We ordered two 4-piece pizzas. We were underwhelmed, they were overcooked and hard. Maybe delivery had something to do with it but it shouldn't have.

One of the best pizzas ever had had.. highly recommend

This place is awesome. You can tell the new owner really cares about the quality of the food and customer service. Haven’t had a pizza this good in years. Keep it up.

Ordered 1 large pizza at 8:20 after they let the phone ring for 5 minutes. I was parked outside when i ordered.. They were all 3 doing closing duties and ignoring the phone. The make line was already pulled and on a rack. 2 other customers came in to pick up food that was already done between 8:20 and 9:00. I didn't get my pizza until 9:07. 1 large pizza. No substitutions. The pizza was baked twice. Parts too crispy and parts soggy. Which means they purposely made me sit for an extra 35+ minutes. Then reheated my pizza right before they gave it to me. The worst jets I've ever been to. The pizza was terrible. 0/10 experience

Great pizza great service , the deep dish pizza is second to none .
