Zingerman's Roadhouse - Ann Arbor

Two out of our group of four were quite disappointed with their lunch, which was the warm spinach salad special. They were expecting a spinach salad with warm dressing, rather than the sautéed version that was served. I personally enjoyed the dish, and our fourth member had a different salad and was satisfied with it. However, we all felt that the entrees were quite overpriced for what we received. We're uncertain if we will be returning.

Two out of our four meals had to be sent back because they were extremely overcooked. We ordered medium burgers, but what we received were well-done patties resembling hockey pucks. Those meals were comped, so we decided to give dessert a try. Unfortunately, only two out of the four guests received their desserts, while the other two were overlooked. It took over 30 minutes to inform our waitress about this, and then another 30 minutes to get the missing desserts. Our waitress was not very attentive, making it challenging to address any issues. Although the two incorrect meals and all of our desserts were comped, that didn't really compensate for the overall experience. The quality of the food and service did not justify the high prices. Regrettably, we won't be returning or recommending this restaurant to anyone.

Fantastic brunch experience! The service was wonderful, and the food was exceptional. Be sure to make a reservation!

I love the food and ambience. However, they were short waitstaff so it took the server quite a while to return for the order etc. It also was over a 20 minute wait with a reservation.

Poached eggs over corn beef hash was amazing. As was the smoked ham steak.
