Romano's Macaroni Grill - Annapolis

Was greeted wonderfully by the manager and my waitress, Britt, was knowledgeable and friendly. Beautiful restaurant. Food looks good.

The bathroom smelled of mildew ande could see mold on the ceiling. The bread was not my favorite. The food however was good. I like my brussel sprouts to be in the raw yet crunchy side when they are roasted, but the flavor was there!

Sat for over 10 minutes waiting for a server to take our drink order. Our server Jaz had 3 other tables, it wasn't busy at all. Entrees came out before our appetizer after waiting close to 15 minutes. The waitress gave me attitude when I said to take the appetizer off my bill. Food was tasteless and the meatballs were clearly frozen and thawed. Extra $5 for shrimp on the pasta, 5 shrimp on the plate. $1 each, really? Ladies room was completely disgusting, urine all over one of the two working stalls. This restaurant used to be excellent, it is a shame how much it's gone downhill. We will not be back.

My family has a rare chance to get together and have dinner. How disappointing our whole experience was from the start! Service was horrible from very slow to not caring about how bad our food was. Six of us. The food was cold and terrible. All of it! From appetizer to vegetables. We didn't dare get dessert to get the bad taste already in our mouths. Honestly how can a restaurant stay open that's this bad. Not one meal, 6 meals, all different,terrible! Don't go, you've been warned

If I could rate NO star I would. It took over 20 minutes to get the garlic breads out. I ordered a Caesar Salad and it wasn't worth $10. They were out of 2 beers on a friday night! Would not recommend this place.
