Pastry is really good, the lunch formulas do not come out of the ordinary but not what to complain. on the other hand, the reception and the service are really not up to it and it's a shame. The hotel enjoys its famous, not a smile whether it's in the room or on direct sale. Attention some basic pastries have alcohol and it is not reported (mille leaves confitures for example).

You are greeted by people as kind as prison doors: no smiles, sighs at all goes, an inappropriate tone vis à vis de la clients...Moreover, the tea is really insipid, and the cleanliness of the dish doubtful. What's stinging? the price! from the manifest flight for a small local tea room !I really don't recommend !!!!

Again the quality of the products offered must compensate for a well-known lack of motivation for the staff. You queue 20 minutes in front of the dessert counter on a Saturday 15h and when it's your turn and your family waits for you at the table (installed by ourselves) you are beg to wait sitting because you won't be served! Why can't I order our pastries? That's how it is, she answers me 10 minutes later another waitress gets rid of our two tables, obviously enchanted to have to serve us. She leaves without taking our order. A third waitress does not fail to report that we take too much space, we derange its quality of service takes our order.10mn later finally 2 delicious hot chocolates 1 glass of water and 3 pastry shops are deposited on our table with the delicacy of a wrestler. Where did she go to get our famous pastries? I give it to you in the thousand! in the same place where I've previously queued! in summary to each one his work: I have to be customer to comply with the procedures the pastry seller sells to take it a point that's all. waitress 2 takes the order and delivers the fruit of the work of the laboratory. Last but not least those who work in the backslides make their maximum to respect the customer and their work. The pastries are delicious, choose delivery at home you will enjoy them much more. still bravo to the pastry.

Nothing to say about pastries, they're always extra. but take it away! very disappointed with the service and reception on many occasions. a pity to my taste because this place could be much more sympathetic in its globality.
