La Costa Mexican Seafood - Antioch

I found a fantastic Mexican seafood restaurant! I absolutely love it. Finally, a place with a wide variety of seafood dishes. The Habanero sauce is delicious! I will definitely be coming back to try more dishes. I had the Ananas Rey, which was tasty. The fries on the side were average, but that's not why you go there. The Huachinango Zarandeado was amazing, it had an incredible flavor. The service is excellent, with friendly and attentive waitstaff. I will definitely be returning. The prices are in line with what you would expect at a seafood restaurant.

If you are not Hispanic, you will not be treated well at this restaurant! We were kicked out; it is not even 11 o'clock on a Friday and I was told I could not order anything else because they are closing. It is clear that they close at 12 o'clock, but only the African American customers are being told to leave. I will never recommend or return to this place.

Great experience with the hostess and waiters, my drink never hit the bottom even though they were busy.

We love this restaurant so much that we make it a weekend getaway. We live in Memphis and we make the two and a half hour drive just to eat there. We pack up the SUV with the kids and the dog and we hit the road and head for Nashville and check into our hotel and high tail it to La Costa. My entire family loves this restaurant. If you love seafood and exquisitely prepared drinks this is the place. Gotta warn you though once you go you'll be a return customer.?

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Great service and even better food. The portion sizes are ridiculous! Definitely will be going back again and again and again...
