Old Chicago Red Hots - Antioch

Ordered several items, including a cheeseburger. Online options were either Plain or with fries; because I didn 't want fries, I ordered plain. Got a bun and a patty, nothing else.

I haven?t written my review because I haven?t tried everything. Everything at this place is so authentic Chicago food. The Philly cheesesteaks are to die for man, the dogs the beefs and the gyros are amazing authentic and fresh.

I love this place. always eat good. I recommend the philly cheese steak. the meat is very delicate and it has great taste. you can't go wrong here.

We ordered the 2 hot dog special and Italian beef special, the Hot Dogs are smaller than places like Sammies or Sarge's Beef and I am not a fan of their French Fries, they are similar to the burger King ones from years ago that had that added crunch. They restaurant is definitely dated could use an upgrade but seemed clean. The only thing I have to mention is whoever loaded the bag with our food put the fries in the bag upside down so all the fries were at the bottom of the bag. Little things mean a lot. Prices are competitive, parking lot is also not the best since it's on a busy street and at a weird angle lots of blind spots.

March 2022. They just down sized their menu and raised prices. No more healthy salads, kids menu, desserts and meal deals. Just the basics. Very fatty beefs. Alternate Antioch Pizza nearby.
