I usually avoid writing negative reviews, even when my experience isn't great. However, the new owners and staff at the Subway in Antlers are truly disappointing. I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru after paying for my meal, only to receive burnt bread. It seems like they have no idea what they're doing.
I arrived to pick up my online order, but the food hadn’t been prepared yet, causing a delay of an extra 15 minutes. There seemed to be plenty of staff on hand, so it was surprising that it wasn’t ready. The chicken teriyaki sub was disappointing—it lacked proper marination and consisted of dry chicken with only a light sprinkling of sauce. While the staff was friendly, they didn’t seem to know what they were doing.
Wife ordered online 7/29. Waited the amount of time and went to pick it up during her lunch. She showed up and they didn’t have her order. They said their internet went down. She showed them the receipt in her email and in the app and still refused to give her what she paid for. Might wanna think twice before trusting a bunch of teenage girls to run your business for you.
Flat bread was tough. Two employees working, one fixed my sandwich, the other fixed my granddaughters. One was very friendly, the other was not.
