Not worth a long wait but, it is pretty good. Little too sweet for me. I think kids will love it.
A small but popular tonkatsu joint in one of the lesser known parts of Anyang. They only serve lunch starting at 11:30 PM but the lines get quite long afterwards. Due to the number of cuatomers most of the service is a help-yourself type. Keep in mind that you have to pay in order to get on the waiting list. The restaurant doesn't open on Mondays.
Google should consider allowing users rate 0 star or below for horrible experience. The only reason I 'm even bothering to write a review is because I saw at least 20 people waiting in a line expecting a wonderful experience at this place. First, don 't go here. Unless they start providing a decent food, the quality was horrible and my colleagues at work in a group of 6 couldn 't finish half of their servings, because it 's too oily and basically not yummy. Second, the advertisement and media exposure are what I believe that made this 'fake popularity ' of this place. I don 't understand how people even can give anything more than say, 2 stars. 1 star for fresh bread that 's not any special than local bakeries. Maybe another star for their effort to provide somewhat ' 'different garlic soup which wasn 't very pleasing at all. It tasted like an outcome from a one time free cooking class. I 'm not playing particularly harsh on this restaurant, I would even rate 2 3 stars to a decent '김밥천국 ' or a local '떡볶이 ' shops as long as the food is decent. I just wasted $9 for disappointing meal I couldn 't finish. Some bloggers posted as the bread is unlimited but the staff said 'people behind you can 't have bread if we give you more '. So clearly they changed their policy not to provide more bread. Which is acceptable, but this becomes a huge problem if the bread was only edible food. I can write forever and ever about this disappointing restaurant. If your Korean friends ask you join them to dine here, kindly tell them you are sick. If you actually care about them, have them read reviews from any review sites, I 'm talking about every single of them including google, diningcode, siksin, daum, naver and many else. Seriously, this place is nothing but a place which gained popularity only because several food shows shoot here. I leave nearby and the only reason I visited this place is because my colleagues at work heard this place is good. If the overall food quality was similar before, you people in those food shows should feel shame. If the quality dropped because of too much demand from increasing popularity, the restaurant should feel shame for not keeping your standards up while expanding number of branches. Conclusively, a wise place if you want to waste your $9. One of the biggest failures in my food experience.
Very good and delicious to experience Korean pork cutlet
