Un pranzo da ricordare! 5 amici (70enni, quasi) hanno chiesto alla cuoca di abbinare il tartufo al suo menù di pesce. Angela ha dato sfogo alla fantasia e si è superata. Antipasto con scampi, gamberetti, calamari, cannolicchi, carpacci di pesce fresco e poi il risotto con frutti di mare, linguine con scampi, gnocchetti alle vongole il tutto ricoperto di tartufo bianco a scaglie o grattugiato. Un trionfo di sapori. Brava Angela.
