Mcdonald's - Apache Junction

The last time, it was just a double cheeseburger, and it’s not as if it would take another twenty minutes to cook. It’s literally only a couple more minutes—roughly 120 seconds. I wouldn't mind waiting a little longer behind someone for my food. I have worked in drive-thrus during my younger years, and mine was known for being one of the fastest and most accurate. A wait time of about two minutes and thirty-five seconds is perfectly reasonable; anything over five minutes should be the exception. It's more customer-friendly if they don’t push people out of the drive-thru. It’s understandable occasionally, but at this location, it seems to have become a regular practice. I’ve even been asked to move when there was no one behind me. I politely declined and explained that I would wait since there was no one behind me. The young lady looked at me as if I had just kicked her puppy or something! My order was ready just seconds later, and I remarked, "See? That wasn't so hard!" I just wish they could relax and enjoy their work a little more—everything will be just fine!

The location can be tricky to access, but it's definitely worth the trip. The staff are consistently friendly, and the interior is well-maintained. Additionally, there's a dedicated cleaning lady who does an excellent job of keeping everything looking great.

When I finally received my order, the burgers were barely warm, and my wife's burger was undercooked (see photo). The French fries were lukewarm and hard, as if they had been sitting for an hour. The Chicken McNuggets were warm but overly soft. I can't believe I paid $32.15 for such terrible food. I wouldn’t recommend eating at this McDonald's. My order number was 1367, placed on 12/03/2022 at 2:09 PM.

Went around 1 am. Workers weren't rude yet they looked way too exhausted like some whole shift called in. Food was terrible. I've never had a mcdouble before where thr bread was hard and the meat was dry even after waiting in line for 10 ish minutes. Seems like management needs to upkeep their staffing or just shut down at night so their workers don't look like zombies

Update: After this review I tried to give them one last shot. Ordered 5 items, received 3. Then my son went there for lunch a week later, ordered one 6 piece mcnuggets, was charged for 3 orders. 6 out of 6 orders in the past couple of months have been wrong and missing items absolutely will not go here again. Slowest location I’ve ever been to. I placed a mobile order for pick to save time, and still waited 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches…and they managed to forget half the order. For delivery, they cancel online orders without rhyme or reason. When I try again sometimes it will go through and sometimes they will continue to cancel it. My order has not been correct for the past 4 times in person or online, and I'm literally just handing them money for items I never get at this point. This location needs a serious overhaul.
