The Station Raw - Apalachicola

Twar a rainy spring in the middle of the afternoon when I moved to the station. I had heard of the wonderful Apalachicola oysters years ago and finally could experience them. Place was with a waiting list of half an hour. Luckily, I found a spot at the bar. Was only able to taste the bred oysters and they were fantastic! Also cooked shrimps. Also great. Many hot sauces to try. As others have noticed, corn was boiled on the coke and chewing. No biggie. Really neat atmosphere and friendly service all around! Can't wait until one day back!!

This place was great! The oysters, both raw and baked, were fresh and tasty. There were many choices for children and many pages to choose from. They also had great beer on tap from the local oyster brewery.

You have to stop here. This is one of the only places in town to get real oysters from apalachicola. Her bred oysters are grown locally and are delicious!

The food is really good, the small salad bar is great! BUT NATHAN is why I give the 5 stars. He was so good with my kids, honest and real. So easy to speak and friendly. we will be back for raw seafood, salad and Nathan

Amazing food! I love oysters so I order them a lot when we visit places by the water. This restaurant had hands down the best oysters I have ever had. My husband said our favorite restaurant wasn't even close to being as good as The Station Raw Bar. We went for lunch, were one of the first people in, got seated quickly and our food came out fast. Grouper sandwich and tacos were also a hit.. Our waiter was super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for serving great food! We will be back!
