Great breakfast, bad service, unless you are regular, then they will talk to you for hours.

Full Service. Interesting. The Bubbalou's in Altamonte Springs is a counter service restaurant. I was expecting the same when I stopped by the Apopka location and was surprised to find that this location is a full service restaurant. Full service is definitely better. My pulled pork had too much fat in it though...

I've been to the Bubbalou's Bodacious BBQ in Altamonte Springs several times. It's generally pretty good, and has always been semi-fast food where you order at the counter and then have the food brought to your table with no other interactions with the em
