Visszajelzés küldéseI'm not sure about the quality of the food, but if you're looking for good service, I recommend ordering inside. When you order through Uber Eats or DoorDash, your food is almost never ready on time, leaving the delivery person waiting for at least 10 minutes or more. The staff inside hardly acknowledges you and takes a long time to fulfill those orders. On the other hand, the service inside is quite quick.
The food is excellent, but the service is lacking and the music is offensive. The tables are not cleaned between customers, and the restroom always needs attention.
The food is wonderful, but lately, I've been receiving the wrong items. A tripleta is not the same as a Cuban sandwich, yet in my last three orders, I asked for tripletas and received Cuban sandwiches instead. I feel like I've been paying more for something I don't really enjoy.
The food is outstanding, showcasing authentic Puerto Rican cuisine. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who truly appreciates and loves Puerto Rican food.
My experience with the cashier, Elizabeth, was quite disappointing. She charged me for three drinks instead of two, and when I inquired about the mistake, she seemed irritated and asked, "What is it?" After I explained the situation, she suggested that I couldn't count. When I clarified in English that I simply wanted to ensure I was paying for what I ordered, she seemed annoyed that I spoke to her in English and stated that she didn't understand that language. I found her attitude to be unprofessional and uncalled for. As a customer, I deserved better treatment; it felt as though I was being treated like a beggar rather than a paying patron. I've noticed that places like this often act as if customers are lucky to be there, which leads to poor customer service.
