Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

After waiting over 15 minutes, I returned to the drive-thru, and the cashier handed me my bag of food. I waited for her to come back to the window because she had disappeared as I turned to pass the bag to a passenger, where I intended to request dipping sauce. After another five minutes, she returned. I asked for the sauce and mentioned that I received the wrong sandwich and would like a refund for the price difference, as I knew the kitchen would likely be closing soon and I didn't want to wait for another sandwich to be made. I was informed that the store was closed, and I needed to come back in the morning. The manager was supposedly refusing to speak with me, and I was asked to leave because they were on a timer. I expressed my confusion about how the timer mattered if they were already closed and requested to speak to the manager again. Instead, she closed the window and said, "Have a good night, little ugly." Not only was my food cold, but the chicken in the wrong sandwich I received was undercooked.

I do not recommend ordering wings from this place. I ordered 10 wings but only received 8. I specifically asked for them to be fried hard, but instead they were soggy and cold. To make matters worse, the bag was handed to me sideways, causing some wing sauce to spill inside. Clearly, the person who prepared my order did a very poor job. I would have returned to address this issue, but I simply don't have the time or energy. It's unacceptable for a $14 order of wings. I could have gotten better wings from Little Caesars. This review was written just 20 minutes after I received the food.

This Zaxby's in Apopka is a relatively new restaurant. They offer a variety of fried chicken options along with some salads. It's similar to Chick-fil-A but with a wider selection. The drive-thru service is consistently efficient, and wait times are usually brief. Additionally, you can often find coupons that enhance the value of the food.

Food is good. Don?t really have any complaints about the taste. My only complaint is that I don?t believe I have ever gotten my correct order here. Ever. Funny thing is that it?s always wrong in the same way. No matter what sides I choose, I always end up with fries and toast. It?s like they just have a default way they are making the meal and you?re going to get it that way whether you want it or not. lol The other thing is the sauce. You ordered BBQ, well you?re getting Zax Sauce. You ordered Honey Mustard, well you?re getting Zax Sauce. You ordered Ranch, well you?re getting Zax Sauce. All roads seem to lead to Zax Sauce.

Love Zaxbys! But their service is going downhill, first they forgot to add the tenders. Then when we went to dine in to get the food took like 30 mins and cashier forgot my drink. Then we went another day drive through? no cars behind and they had us wait up ahead in the Parking lot .. hope they can get it together like when they first opened.
