Írjon visszajelzéstI had to try a little bit of everything. Avocado everything toast was great. Not a huge fan of the Daily Detox. I didn't like the cucumber. Personal taste preference. I like rejuvenation and vitamin C. The granola is amazing with fruit. The chocolatechip cookies were really good too.
The juices and smoothies are delicious with a lot of variety but the 3% surcharge on all transactions (including cash??! just isn't it. Why am I being charged extra just to be your customer? I initially thought it was only credit card transactions but was told today the charge included cash transactions so i will not be back. The customer service could also improve. Staff comes off as pretty unfriendly and I always feel like I'm an inconvenience when I'm in the store
My daughter placed an order by accident to the wrong location, she called immediately to cancel and they said they would not refund her. She then placed another order at the Bellevue location and they said they should have refunded her. I wrote them a message and they did not answer me back and did not answer their phone. I paid $40 for a smoothie and avocado toast
I love Bona Fide Juicery! I typically go for their Avocado Toast. Unfortunately I can't seem to find a lot of healthy food restaurants in the area anymore, so when I'm craving something fresh for lunch, I typically find myself here. My favorite toast they have is the Sprouted Avocado! The lemon adds a whole level of freshness to the sprouts and goat cheese. My favorite smoothie they have is the pink velvet! The fruit is always so fresh and sweet. I recommend this place if you're looking for a guilt free snack, meal, or drink! :
I drive very part time for one of the delivery services such as Door Dash. Although these young ladies who work here are all beautiful, they are terrible with customer service. The wait time is far too long for the delivery drivers. Perhaps they don’t know that drivers “rate” their experience while picking up. Orders should be finished by the time drivers show up in almost every instance. Customers see these ratings and reviews by drivers. They also force drivers to get in line behind customers who are there to place orders and eat. This is not how it should work. I think they need to review this and up their game. Most are just rude to drivers when we come in. I won’t accept another pick up there, once enough drivers experience the attitude and slow service they won’t either.
