No way to get a hold of anyone, the phone number is just a robot. They also are apparently broke or lazy, that they can't put utensils in delivery orders. WHY DO YOU GUYS NEVER PUT UTENSILS IN DELIVERY ORDERS WHEN I SPECIFICALLY CHECK THE BOX ON UBER EATS WEBSITE, TO INCLUDE UTENSILS!!!!!!!! I'm at work most of the time I order and do not have access to utensils. I'm not sure what's so hard about this. I can't eat my burrito bowl with my hands, I'm not a caveman. I just ordered from you guys again tonight, and thought I would call beforehand, to ensure they put a fork in my order. Well guess what, their phone number is not to the actual store. It is an automated system that never directs you to an actual person no matter what you say or what button you press. Some of the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with...

Stopped to grab dinner on my way home from running errands. Rice in my bowl was under cooked and hard to chew,steak was bland. Quality of food was not woth the price, not going to that location again.

Omg didn?t even eat because I need to go to the bathroom and it smelled like a dirty armpit like no one has cleaned the floor ever with bleach. They say look at the bathrooms for the cleanliness of the kitchen. Yep couldn?t do it. The floors in restaurant were bad. This is twice I left before ordering because the cleanliness. Both here and Green Bay location.

We ordered off Uber eats and they added spicy tomato stuff we did not ask for all over my burrito bowl it was a waste of a whole meal. We also didn't get any utensils.

This is hands down the most filthy Chipotle I've ever been in. Floors were disgusting, tables looked like they hadn't been wiped down all day, trash outside was overflowing. I love Chipotle, but this location needs to step up their game in the cleanliness department.
