I completely forgot to snap a picture of our food because we devoured it so quickly! Everything was excellent, and the bartender was amazing. We arrived around 3 PM and both ordered elk burgers— I had truffle fries while my partner opted for maple bacon fries. Everything was delicious! I requested the bartender to surprise me with a fruity drink, and she crafted something really tasty that perfectly matched my green hair, which made my day. I don't visit bars often, but I will definitely return here!

When my boyfriend asked to order food, the bartender coldly replied, "Maybe I will serve you, maybe I won’t." This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable—no one should endure such disrespect. Several other patrons witnessed the incident and expressed their apologies for the bartender's behavior. Feeling unwelcome, we decided to leave and find another bar.

It was quite disappointing and selfish for the bartender to prioritize her friends over other patrons. Despite noticing us, she failed to check in after we ordered, resulting in some of the worst service we've encountered here. I can't recommend this place based on our experience tonight. While I understand she has friends and regulars, it shouldn't come at the expense of not serving or acknowledging other customers, to the point where people are leaving due to lack of service. We eventually had to go to the outside bar just to get a drink.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant with delicious food and drinks during a late lunch yesterday. I was starting to get a headache and just wanted to hydrate. One of the bartenders jokingly called me "trouble," but I wasn't trying to cause any issues! Overall, it was a pleasant visit.

Never again! The online menus were confusing and included outdated options from several years ago. We were even charged a fee for using a credit card, even though we paid in cash.
