Domino's Pizza - Appleton

The staff was helpful and friendly. The order lasted a little longer than expected for the execution, but it was a Friday evening for dinner time. Location was clean considering how busy they were.

If I could give zero stars I would. Last time I ordered a pizza the delivery driver didn 't even come to the door, I looked out the window and when I saw her I opened the door, when I opened the door she yelled at me to open my "effing ' door. She told me to meet her in the driveway because she was not getting out of her car to deliver my pizza. And was not walking through snow. I had to walk to the driveway get my pizza then walk back. Which wasn 't a big deal but how rude to me was a huge deal. I again ordered a pizza tonight because I do like dominoes and wanted to try again. I had been waiting here for an hour. I called and they said they knocked on my door and there was no answer and tried to call my phone and no answer. I have two huge dogs if they would have knocked someone would have heard it. When you hire people. Please hire customer- service driven employees.

I've been ordering from Domino's for years, but today I experienced the worst service I've ever had. The driver showed up an hour after my food was prepared, and my order was cold. He yelled at me, claiming it was my fault for calling so late (by the way, I didn't call; I used the app), and scolded me for dealing with "people like me." Then, 15 minutes after the incident, I received a call from the store, where I was insulted further and told never to call again. I've never actually called the store. Jeanne was particularly rude, and I hope no one else has to endure the harassment I just experienced.

The staff here are really friendly. Just a heads up, they close at 11 PM, not midnight.

Matt is one of the best employees at this restaurant. He was incredibly polite when he delivered my pizza. My aunt recently passed away, and he was genuinely kind and supportive. Many people might just offer a quick, "I'm sorry to hear that," and move on, but he took the time to talk to me about it. He truly deserves a raise and more!
