Whether you are looking for a quick lunch order or simply hang out, Tropical Smoothie has covered everything. Their smoothies are not only well made, but the Styrofoam cups use them to isolate the temperature of the smoothie really well to keep the beautiful cool of smoothie even in the hot summer heat. Their sandwich and salad are all solid as they are all freshly made on site. Overall a solid local kitchen.

Three times in a row, I tried to have the order closed during the business hours only to have the business closed. This last one was probably the last straw. The store said openly on DoorDash and it was only 12:30. Your hours are 10 to 5. In the middle of the order and when I went to checkout, it suddenly said no delivery times are available and it was closed. This is now three times in a row for me, as this store is closed well before the posted closing hours. The sad part is that this restaurant suffers so much with its lack of reliability that I really give a higher rating than a 2. The food and the smoothies are quite amazing. I am a big fan of Quesadillas and fruit-based smoothies with some protein powder and multivitamin add-ins. I would recommend that people try them if you ever find them open. I already went to her website and also put my review, as this seems the candied message they are swimming around here. Edit: Two weeks later, see, they are open again. Order by door. If I make my order, it will be cancelled and then listed temporarily closed. Lose my business at this point.

It won't come back. Do not go there if you want a good customer service.

My fav place in town. We go in on a friday at 3pm and the lights are on and doors closed. The sign outside door says friday 7am-7pm. I called Jason answered phone n i asked if theyre open hes response was the gates would be up if we were open. As we proceed outside to return to the car Jason follows us n i ask y theyre closed if sign says not till 7pm?....he was extremely rude n said he didnt need to answer...i told him id leave a bad review n his response was go ahead i run this place....r u kidding me??? Never will i return

They are always closed. Rude employees and they are always closed by 430 pm get some new managers and more employees!!!! : : and employees that aren't rude how does the owner make any money when it's closed pretty much all the time and only open til 430 pm and always closed on Saturdays seriously, or what it needs is new OWNERS!!!! because the current OWNER doesn't care about its customers
