Dave Buster's Santa Anita - Arcadia

Worse service experience at this location, the server was extremely rude and accused one of us of being racist just because we told her she was being rude when we asked her for utensils. However, the manager was great and really heard our concerns.

Our day was good. Kids had fun and and we all enjoyed are day.

The servers were nice but the food took forever to get to us they did comp our apps and desserts but the food took long and to serve a piece of cake took about 20 minutes which is long if u ask me

The cook burned our food and had to remake it 3 different times and the salmon was cooked in a rush and fast which resulted in very dry meat with little moisture. We also ordered flatbread pizza and it was undercooked and overcooked at the same time. Bread was burnt and pepperoni was burnt but cheese and sauce and dough was undercooked and not fully cooked underneath and very doughy. Our server was very kind though and polite despite the bad food. I was shocked Dave and busters gave such a poor performance this time, it was very disappointing considering the last few times we came the food was great, but not this time. It was awful this time…

The hostesses were courteous, and so was the waiter. However, service was very slow. It took quite some time (over 15 minutes to get a drink. Options that we requested were no longer available. The bathrooms needed attention. It just didn’t feel like a clean environment and it also didn’t feel like the staff was well trained.
