Red Robin Gourmet Burgers - Arcadia

We had a great experience at this Santa Anita location. After a bit of shopping we came in around 1p Sunday 1/14/18. From the time we were seated by the hostess (she gave us her name I can't remember it at the moment) til our server Stephanie took our orders... this was our first time at this location and we were pleased with the fast service, friendly patient staff delicious meal. Only one thing stood out.. the water tasted a bit funny like it came from the tap but overall we really enjoyed our experience. Only 1 location (Redlands, Ca) has excellent service now we have a 2nd location to add. Thanks Santa Anita Mall location. Thanks Stephanie!

I'm only rating off of my experience today, as this is our first time coming to this location. It's been some time since I've been to a Red Robin, and my partner has never been, so since we were in the area we decided to visit. Our server was Stephanie, and she was very sweet and attentive. I had the California Chicken and my partner had the Pig Out Tavern Burger. Both were really good, and his burger was really juicy. I thought it was great that they had an offer for Veterans, as well as acknowledge Veterans for their service with a thank you card signed by the employees, on top of personally saying thank you. We will definitely consider returning the next time we're in the area and looking for a good burger.

This location is in the Santa Anita Mall on the second floor. There is outside seating overlooking the parking lot area and plenty of indoor seating. Spacious and large restaurant with a large menu of burgers, some sandwiches, fish chips and other dishes. The bottomless refillable fries that come with most meals or can be added is awesome but I have never been able to get a second helping after wolfing down the whole burger. Service was good and the drinks were the same. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Lots of TVs around if you wanted to watch a game. Love eating the appetizers and the kids had several options including pizza and corn dogs. Great place to meet friends and family for a good meal and conversation. Will definitely be back again.
