Gallofa&co - Arce

Nos a encantado el trato la rapidez y la simpatía. Un sitio de 10 se lo recomiendo a muchas personas.

El sitio es muy bonito. Está limpio y el personal es muy amable. Comimos un café, pincho tortilla, Colacao y palmera de chocolate y han sido 7€ con algo. Me parece algo caro. Por otro lado de negativo la palmera estaba seca.

Pathetic. A ZERO. January 2021. I order a Roscón de Reyes by phone, in halves, cream and truffle. Without problems, they take my order, so far so good. I go to pick it up at the scheduled time on the 5th, Three Kings Eve, at 8:00 p.m. as they told me and they DID NOT have it. That more orders had to arrive and that I should wait (I don't live in Puente Arce). Since I have no other choice, I wait half an hour as they tell me in the car (they don't even give me the chance to wait inside the establishment, the Covid measures are when they are interested). I come back, and they still don't have my roscón, they don't know what happened. That I wait until the last minute, promising myself that it will arrive, it will arrive. I come back again and LIE: Closing time and me without my manager roscón. The girl doesn't know where to go, needless to say, (they don't have it and I bet they didn't even take the order) and she offers me THE REMAINS OF THE UNSOLD ROSCONES, of course none of the flavor in halves that I had ordered, out of shame. As it is 9:30 p.m. and I am on January 5th and without a roscón and without the possibility of having any other, I have no choice but to take a surplus one, yes, having demanded with my own hand that I reduce its cost by half (than less) but from them not a pardon, not an iota of guilt or some way to compensate. Of course this year I have not bought it there nor will I do it again, nor will anyone of my acquaintances.!!!
