Subway - Archbold

They completely got our order wrong. No one requested red onions, but they put them on all the subs. The only thing they did right was the bread, but they didn’t toast it. They added almost everything to the sandwiches. Overall, it wasn’t very good.

I visited the Archbold location in Archbold, Ohio, and I was surprised to find that all five staff members were managers. They took my order three times, but in the end, it was still incorrect. My green peppers were missing, and my sandwich wasn’t toasted properly. It took multiple attempts to get the toasting right. Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience. They definitely need to undergo further training.

The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. I ordered takeout for lunch.

I've been eating subs from this Subway for the last 10+ years and they have always done an amazing job. The staff is helpful and professional. The food is fresh. It's always clean and well maintained. I've been to a lot of Subways in my life and this is by far the best one. Highly recommend. A+
