I 'm sorry I can 't give 5 stars because the place is really beautiful, well looked after, clean and the Sauna masters are very creative. But the girl with the Spanish accent who keeps going Shhhhhh and addressing customers in an unkind way is really excessive. Maybe people like to chat since everyone talks when they are in the queue (the queue forms 20 minutes before)... In any case, there is a big difference between asking them to lower their voices and keeping quiet like the teacher does with children.
