Pomodoros Greek Italian Cafe-south

Pomodoro's has been great every time for for us, and today was even better than expected. BILLY S is the best server we've had there, and that's saying something. Gyro, salad, pizza, chicken pasta, tiramisu, cannoli were all generous sizes and most excellent. Great beers, though it is more of a wine place. Love this place.

The owner asked me to reconsider the one star rating...so I did...only because he took the veal piccata off the check. However, I stand by what my review of the food was....This was bad. The veal piccata sauce was watery...the veal was grey. The chicken nostimon was small and bland. Go somewhere else.

I'm always nervous when I order food online, but when I order from Pomodoros I know I'm getting something good. We ended up getting curb side, and they came out right to the car with a mask on and dropped it in for us. When we got home I stood and ate my whole plate of Penne Ala Vodka, I didn't even sit down it was so good! I couldn't even get a picture, it was gone so fast. If you're browsing this menu and you're not sure what to get, get the Penne Ala Vodka!! You don't regret it! My mom got a large Greek pie, personally I thought the artichoke hearts were way to big and made for an awkward pizza bite. Other than that, the pizza was as delicious as always. If you're trapped inside and want to order Italian, pass up those olive gardens and get some real good Italian at Pomodoros!

Had no idea what to expect but when we saw it we felt in the mood for Greek Italian. There's a good mix of food choices on the menu and an extensive wine and alcohol list. We went with the Mousaka and Filet Nostimon dishes and for wine we went with the Spellbound Cabernet and Incognito Red Blend. It was all delicious! The atmosphere was nice and well distanced per pandemic precautions. The service was very friendly. We were more than satisfied with every part of this experience and would be happy to come back when we're in the area. Highly recommend.

The lunch beef souvlaki plate was perfect and perfectly presented. It deserves high praise for a middling-looking place. Beef was very good too!
