This place is not ADA friendly place. Me and my buddy have seizures and his dog a multipoo) is a Serivce animal to detect this. The general manager told us that his dog is not a service animal because “ he is not trained to sit on the floor” he demanded to see documentation and asked “where is his service vest?” Those are all question I should not be asked the only question that should be asked when inquiring about a service animal is whether or not it is a service animal. I had my documentation, but my buddy did not have his due to It is not required. The only requirement is to be asked whether or not the service animal is a service animal. This is a huge violation of the ADA regulation and for a general manager to keep going and comparing, the service animal to a working dog shows his neglect in knowing the regulation after stating multiple times that he was aware of the regulation. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. This was an embarrassing situation and showcased the GMs ignorance.
