Kfc - Ardmore

Came in around lunchtime...they had no original chicken....I think they said about 20 min or so before it would be ready...couldnt wait that long.....so I settled for a ok version of xtra crispy....the drive thru lady apologized and said she only had 2 people working today....including herself...soooo....I understand how stressful that job is....working with a shortage of people....anyhow...I am sure that I will be back to give them another try....but It may be awhile.

Random tip of the day: give someone their, spill gravy in the bag. When the call to complai to mngt, put the on hold over five minutes, they give up. Try calling for 15 minutes, still busy from the un answered call. No answer, no complaints; good strategy. Refund of gravy in floor board, not acceptable.

This was probably the worst food experience I 've had in a long time. Came into the store to place order around early dinner time. Start to place my order and the guy just seems very annoyed that I exist, then abruptly yells in my face the drive through window spiel... Because as I look around in confusion, he 's literally the only employee in the store. I guess I happened to walk in while all three other employees (who walked in several minutes later) were 'on break '. When he 's done with that drive through order he looks at me and says 'that all ' I say no sir, I also need... Yells in my face the spiel again. It took probably 5 full minutes to place my order, and another 10 of standing there to get my food. Food was fine, not great not terrible, but man that was unpleasant. Also just in a really rough spot, we sat in the car and ate and it essentially backs up to some tiny run down down houses in what seems like a bad part of town. I have been hoping this location would improve service and the food, and it has...from time to time over the years. Unfortunately, they have not been able to maintain the improvements.
