They had one person working register and one person making smoothies. There were orders coming in from in-person, in the app, and the drive-thru. They definitely need more employees. The trick is to stand at the counter to put the pressure on so they?ll actually make your smoothie, or else you?ll just be sitting there waiting forever. At least the smoothie was tasty. Also needs a little extra cleaning. There were dead bugs at our table. Good luck out there!

We had the bacon Quesadilla and smoothie combo. It was so much food that I couldn't finish mine. It was delicious. We ordered on the phone and it was ready in 10 minutes. The smoothie was huge.

We came in and ordered two smoothies and were greeted by a very friendly young lady who immediately provided us with a menu. The service was exceptional and timely. Both smoothies were very tasty and we were once again thanked for our visit to this location before leaving which was very nice and unfortunately rare these days.

If 0 star was an option, they would have received it. We were there for 40 minutes waiting on 4 smoothies that were ordered at the same time. Three other customers, that ordered at the counter, had their smoothies made before ours. I told the lady that we were still waiting on one more but they still continued working on other walk-in customers before finishing our order. I was aggravated at this point and asked if there was a Bahama mama done yet, the answer of course was no. I walked out and had my husband go in to take over waiting and they still hadn't started the smoothie. One of the workers wanted to say negative comments after I walked out. Seems as though management needs to hire more workers and train them on how to stay on task. I don't care how good the smoothies taste, we will not be patrons of this establishment again, first and last visit.

Love their food and smoothies, super yummy! Just make sure you have an extra 30 minutes or more to wait for your stuff. One person in front of me at the drive through and one car parked out front and I just waited 20 minutes before I even moved up to the window. My stuff and the gentlemen?s behind me was ready as soon as we moved up so my smoothie was melted from waiting for the guy in front of me?s stuff to be done. Next time move the long waiter to a parking spot and serve the rest of people in line! This happens almost every time I come which is a shame because I would come more often if the service would be faster.
