Carvel - Ardsley

This is one of the best Carvel locations I've visited. If you used to come here before the new owners took over, you might have hesitated to return. The previous store had a leaking ceiling and wasn’t very clean, plus it shared space with Subway. However, the new Carvel is a completely different experience: it’s spotless and well-staffed. It's family-owned, and you’ll often see family members working alongside their team. I highly recommend you give them a try!

Whoever your staff person was on Nov 5 at 9:20pm needs to get checked or have someone else to join them on their shift. We came in at 9pm , no one was inside and weren?t even greeted until a few minutes later. The guy came out from the back room and looked out of it. He asked what we wanted and told him two shakes. He went to the side to grab gloves and while doing so was slowly drooping onto the counter. We had to repeat our order because he forgot in a matter of seconds and

One of the least freestanding Carvel's in the area, and thankfully one of the best. Been here forever for a reason, they make great ice cream and have a great staff.

Really pleasant and helpful and friendly staff at this location. of course they have the same choices as pretty well every other Carvel. again, you know the quality you're getting before you get in the door.

The hot fudge sundae was disappointing. The young employee made it again, but unfortunately, it was messed up a second time. I've been visiting this Carvel for more than 50 years, and the quality has really declined. It's a pity, especially since it's just half a mile from where Tom Carvel lived.
