TL;DR This is a college Chick Fil A. You 've gotta take what you can get. 5 stars from the student 's perspective of thank goodness we have a Chick Fil A on campus! 4 stars if you are a visitor, for these reasons: Prices are higher than youraverage CFA in order to compensate for students making purchases with their prepaid ID cards. The food is often not as freshas your average CFA. Instead of being served directly, the food is placed into a bin from which students grab the food theywant. Service is far slower during rush hours than your average CFA. The quality and taste isn 't quite up to par withstandalone CFA locations.

I recieved a reheated chicken sandwich went back and asked for a fresh broped one and was told I could not get a fresh cooked chicken sandwich I received a chicken sandwich that was newer than the one I had before but not fresh I was offered no refundonly received a free chicken sandwich because they could not run my card.

Service is much slower during peak times than your average CFA. The quality and taste are not entirely comparable to standalone CFA sites.

Employees were very friendly even though they were in a rush tons of people but they were very quick and the food was fresh an tasty

This is for college students of course its all of those things: ridiculously expensive, limited, and slow it was not meant for service to anyone who had not already paid for it through their tuition. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE NOT A COLLEGE STUDENT, YOU WILL PAY LOTS OF MONEY
