Denny's - Arlington

The seating was quick, but the food took forever to arrive and was served cold. I received cold scrambled eggs, a cold roasted chicken steak, and even cold gravy! I should have realized it was Denny's, but I wanted to support a local place. From now on, I’ll take my business to family-owned restaurants that truly care about the quality of their food.

Is it me or has Denny's really fallen off on their game? I really love their hamburgers but I decided to get a sandwich. I got my sandwich, the bread was kinda hard. Then I found a hair in it. To top it off the waitress brought me a to-go container that had crumbs and oil stains in it. At that point I didn't even want the leftovers, but I went ahead and packed it and was grossed out. My husband then said we wouldn't be back. I have to agree.

I experienced outstanding customer service from a gentleman who was friendly, patient, and helped me navigate the menu since my desired dish wasn’t listed. He was truly exceptional! Not everyone goes out of their way to assist customers like he did. Dear Manager, if possible, please consider adding an option to the menu that includes 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, and hashbrowns (no meat). It's my favorite combination. Everyone was wonderful! Thank you all!

I delivered food with a doorstep. The food was packed for trips and still warm when I got it. It's a Denny's so you know what you get in this kind of restaurant I stick with breakfast items and sandwiches and have never been disappointed. Food: 3/5

Eating was terrible. The worst omelet I've ever had was cold, missing vegetables, wrong cheese. Fruit cups had grapes that looked rotten. Too much butter on two toasts. Hubby's pancakes were diligent and not boiled. He had asked a crispy bacon, and he was understated and limp. Needless to say, none of us ended our breakfast. The waitress was so busy on her phone that she never died and asked if we needed more coffee until she brought us the check. And it was so cold in there that even if I had jeans and boots, my legs and feet were very cold.
