Mcdonald's - Arlington

While shopping at the mall with my son, we decided to grab some food in the food court on the main floor. My son is a picky eater, so I wanted to find something somewhat healthy for him. I ordered his food through the app to earn rewards points and took advantage of a deal for free 6 piece nuggets with a $1 purchase. I got him the nuggets, apple slices, and apple juice, which were ready in about 4-5 minutes. He asked for honey for his apples and they had some available. After finishing his meal, he claimed he was still hungry, so I bought him more apple slices with honey. Even though they gave me honey mustard instead, it was an easy fix. Interestingly, my son ended up eating the chicken parm and broccoli later at the hotel when he got hungry again. Overall, it was a convenient and satisfying experience at the restaurant.

Very unprofessional workers specially the lady name PAMELA . Treating the delivery drivers rudely and dictating them what to do with thier phone and how to proceed with the delivery process. I?ve seen her and her co worker tell the driver how to to thier job. Observing them argue infront of me makes me sick. Those workers i believe are not supposed to dictate anyone how to do other people?s job. They should just mind thier own business.

This McDonald?s is horrible. I made a mobile order 10 mins before I needed to be at work. Whoever the girl is that was in charge of bagging the orders was unorganized, slow and lack time efficient. She was so unorganized that she messed up my order and I was waiting over 10-15 mins for my food. I couldn?t even get my food and when I asked where?s my mobile order she looked lost in the face and didn?t even apologize for the inconvenience that she had caused. I tried to get her to cancel my order because I had to be at work but she told me I had to contact customer service which is another big inconvenience for me. The least she could?ve done was apologize but nope she was rude and acted like it was my problem.

Food was fairly good. Size of burgers seems to shrink every time I eat at MacDons. Tables n chairs mostly clean. Counter service person was kind of polite, wait in line was zero, but with 4 cooks, 1 manager, 2 counter people, I?d expect to not have to wait 12 minutes. Order 11:04. Received 11:16.

Located conveniently in the food court, this McDonald's offers exactly what you would expect from the chain. The chocolate shake is especially noteworthy and delicious.
