Ojos Locos Sports Cantina Arlington

The tacos are delicious! However, the customer service is extremely slow. We had to wait about 40 minutes just to pay, and then an additional 20 minutes to get our cards back.

This is a typical sports bar-style restaurant. The servers are dressed in short skirts, and the beer is chilled. The queso was tasty, and the other drinks were satisfactory. Our food arrived promptly. It wasn’t very crowded during the early dinner hours, around 4 to 5 PM. Since it was a scorching hot day outside, it might explain why it felt a bit warm inside.

This particular Ojos Locos didn't seem very busy during our visit. Our first impression was from the hostess, who didn't appear to be interested in assisting us at all. Fortunately, our waiter was much more attentive. We tried to order the whole chicken from the menu, but they had already run out, despite it only being 3 PM. We decided to start with ceviche, which is always a great choice, and I ordered Mexico City tacos that were tender and quite filling. My friends went for the wings, but they were disappointing. The Micheladas were enjoyable, though. Overall, the experience wasn't terrible, aside from the unenthusiastic hostess and the server who brought our food; they both seemed quite unhappy to be there.

Ojos Locos Soorts Cantina is a Mexican version of Hooters. No wings, but lots of Tex mex tacos, enchiladas beer towers sexy dressed waitresses. TV’s on every kind of sports that was on at the time. Bass beat Spanish singing music playing all night long as loud as possible. No sound from the TV’s. Large bar, restaurant and 2nd smaller space for sitting and relaxing. Going back next time with friends to share a beer tower.

The food was decent, but the service was quite slow, possibly because of the lunch rush. I wasn't prepared for the servers' revealing outfits, and since I don't usually go to other notable chains with similar attire, I don’t plan on returning. Food rating: 3/5.
