Prespa's Italian - Arlington

Went in on Halloween evening for my Girl's birthday dinner. Got the stuffed mushrooms appetizer, Prespa's salad. Entree we got the pasta trio and chicken solitano? BYOB'd our shiraz. Ordered the bow tie chocolate cake to go. Food was prepared and cooked with excellence! Service was great, attentive and friendly by Nina. The house salad and dressing...fresh, tasty and generous. The pizza slice was huge! This was my lunch choice the other day and was glad I made the choice! 1. We weren't welcomed when we walked in. However, once I looked at the menu and decided to try the food, I approached someone and she asked if we were dining in or ordering to go. 2. The place could use some renovations. The atmosphere just seems a bit outdated. 3. Once we were seated, the service was pretty decent. 4. The lasagna tasted vegetarian but yet there was meat in it. So in short, it didn't taste the best. 5. The tiramisu was actually pretty delicious. Although I could tell it wasn't fresh. It was actually more of an ice cream cake style which was different but there were a few too many ice crystals inside of the ice cream. Had it been fresh, that wouldn't have been the case. Our first time here. We will be back. Tonight we had the Trio and Chicken Aristocrat. Both were delicious. The bread was soft and yummy. Perfect to soak up all the sauce with. We will be back Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
