The service and the holiday tea experience were exceptional—truly delightful!

We enjoyed afternoon tea to celebrate the Christmas holiday, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The reservation process was seamless, and the staff were outstanding throughout our visit. The selection of teas was exquisite, and the tea cakes were delightful. The waitstaff struck the perfect balance—attentive without being intrusive—creating a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. This was the perfect opportunity for my wife and me to unwind from the busy lead-up to December 25th. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire staff for making our experience so memorable.

The service was excruciatingly slow, and the price did not reflect the quality of the food.

It was nice. We have been going for tea during the Christmas holiday for several years now. My only suggestion would be to make the dining room more festive. Add some red and green to the decor. The all gold christmas tree was kind of boring and didn't stand out in the room since it was basically the same color as everything else in there.

Came for the holiday tea. Service was excellent. Room and table were drab, and there was very little festivity. Would look elsewhere and not return.
