Screwtop Wine - Arlington

I just hosted a surprise birthday party at Screwtop the event exceeded my expectations! We had 3 wines, lots of appetizers everyone enjoyed every sip bite. The event planner, Wendy created happy birthday placards with my husband?s name a description of each wine unexpected, appreciated, elegant. The staff was extraordinary very patient. The 10 guests wanted to mingle did not want to be seated we held up the service. All the staff were engaging quickly

I had never been to a wine bar before. In fact, I felt a little out of place until the friendly staff made me feel welcome. They all seem to love their jobs and they love to teach you about wine. Wine flights are a great way to enjoy and compare several different wines to see what it is you like and don?t like. Great place to have amazing wine and food. The wine menu is great, great options for red, white and rose wine. The food is also pretty good, we ordered the cheese plate and the butternut squash pasta and everything was delicious, the pasta came with a thai soup that was very tasty. The staff is also very friendly.

I'm relatively new to Arlington and Screwtop has quickly become my favorite local spot! I frequently stop by for dinner and wine flights and have consistently been impressed with the excellent wine, food and knowledgable staff. I'm also a member of the wine club and cannot recommend it enough for any fellow winos! Wendy and the entire team at Screwtop could not be MORE accommodating and helpful! They went above and beyond to help my sister's bridal shower brunch a special occasion including custom menus, a custom tasting flight, coordination on decor and just fabulous service the day of. On top of that it was SO reasonably priced and the food and drink was all delicious! Highly highly recommend.
