Good place to try different mixtures if drinks. Customer service great.

Friendly service. Sometimes they get a little backed up on orders but it's not their fault. Very clean. Looking forward to when the cafe opens back up but I'm good with the manager continuing the mask requirement for as long as she feels necessary. Safety first, coffee second!

This is a must-visit spot if you enjoy great coffee. The staff is consistently professional, honest, friendly, and hardworking. I've been coming here for years, and they continue to deliver A+ customer service. Andrew, Dee, Jennifer, and the rest of the team are fantastic—they know exactly how I like my coffee, which shows that they truly care. I have wonderful memories of this place and love Starbucks in Highlands, Arlington, Texas.

I've definitely learned my lesson about ordering online! I work near this location and sometimes stop by for a tea. I always use the mobile app, which is super convenient. I usually order about twenty minutes ahead, just in case they’re busy. This way, I can simply walk in, grab my drink, and head back out. One thing I really appreciate about this place is that they position the cups with the names facing outward. This means fewer people touch your cup while searching for their order, which is especially important during the COVID era. I did have one little issue when I mistakenly received a coffee frappuccino instead of the regular frappuccino I ordered. Since I don't like coffee, it was a bit frustrating, but I didn't have time to go back. Fortunately, their customer service was great and refunded my money, so everything turned out fine!

Consistently excellent. I just wish they would provide discounts for seniors.
