Wendy's - Arlington

Went through drive through and the cashier was really nice but the girl at 2nd window literally threw my bags st me and slammed the window close. I was very upset and tried calling her back for sauce but she never turned around. Management do your job if she does not like hers get her out of there. Will not be going back.

???????????????This place needs to be SHUT DOWN, went here several times even after giving them another try! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE FOOD. WHO’S THE MANAGER? Chili tasted TERRIBLE, was nothing but WATER. BAKED POTATOES NOT COOKED, ORDER WAS INCORRECT!! SOMEONE NEEDS TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE EVER. THIS IS WHERE THE PROTEST NEEDS TO BE, ALONG WITH NEWS MEDIA. SADLY, I HAD TO GIVE ONE STAR JUST TO BE ABLE TO MAKE A POST REVIEW. ? DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY, YOUR HUNGER, YOUR STOMACH.

This was a positive dining experience overall. The prices were the same as anywhere and the service was acceptable. Most drinks and condiments were in stock. The dining room was clean and there were no significant issues. My order was paced up to go, but I had planned to dine in. The question was never asked so I don't know why the assumption was made. Again, not a significant issue and the experience was overall a positive one.

Good food and fairly quick drive thru service but, sometimes the staff make weird choices like giving you drink holders that you didn't want (that was also cracked) or ask for with the drinks not fully sealed....a large drink spilled all over me and my brand new vehicle as a result of this and the staff member acted like he didn't even care... just turned and walked away.

This is a great Wendys! When I spilled my fries everywhere, they replaced them for free. Super friendly! Food: 5/5
