Brookhaven Market - Arlington Heights

When the owner of this store has been changed it’s started look much better! Finally I don’t feel bad smelling when I’m entering inside the store and everything looks much cleaner and it have a fresh scent! All vegetables and fruits are clean and fresh. Also I love that they have some European products . Recommend!

I stopped shopping here when the new owners and store came about. The prices are insane and the best part about the old store was the deli. I stopped in one day to find all the deli meats I used to buy literally for years gone. What was great about Valli/Value Fresh was the prices on the lunch meats and pasta salads. They got rid of all of their old meats and are only carrying Boars Head which as we know is very expensive. The issue I have is this is almost the only thing they are carrying. On Saturday and Sunday mornings you couldn't even walk in the deli area for their prices. We stopped going here months ago and will not return. Again the prices are out of control and the new owners have literally sabotaged what was a great little affordable deli. So frustrating...

Ever since Brookhaven took over this store it has been taking a dive.I wanted to believe, but I have been on a long streak of getting meat and mushrooms from them that has spoiled or gone moldy.And the new pre-made hot meal items are far inferior to the chicken and sausage we used to get.It's such a shame to see it tumble in quality.

This store is clean, well organized, and filled with exceptional items from near and far. The number and variety of great products is a sign of how dedicated the owners and staff are to offering what the big chains don't have. Prices are very good, too. The bakery counter is the best of any store.

I am very disappointed with Brookhaven’s high prices. The ownership should care more about keeping prices low as the prior owners did. Instead they are focusing more on the interior which is nice and clean but customers would rather have lower prices not a redecorated store which costs to remodel are reflected in the big jump in prices from the prior owners.
