Craft Republic Arlington Heights

The service was excellent, but there weren't many customers in the restaurant, which may have left the staff with little to do. The music was excessively loud, making it difficult for people to have a conversation even when standing close to each other. The menu offered a wide variety of choices, but the food didn't quite match its descriptions. I ordered a Thai ribeye, which is described as lightly cooked, but when it arrived, the broth layer was thicker than the rib bone itself! My wife ordered the wings and Brussels sprouts, which were decent.

The food took a long time to arrive, and some dishes were overcooked. Additionally, my order was dropped, and I wasn't informed about it, so my dinner was delayed. I was shocked that there were no offers or adjustments made to the bill to address these issues.
