This is one of the food court stalls at Mitsuwa Marketplace in Arlington Heights. They offer a wide selection of curry and udon that are quite tasty. While it may not match the quality of some established Japanese restaurants nearby, it's definitely a solid option for food court fare. There are also many other great stalls in the marketplace, including ramen, Korean cuisine, and boba, so it's worth exploring those options as well.
The restaurant is located inside the food court at Mitsuwa, the largest Japanese supermarket in the Midwest. I ordered the pork cutlet bowl, and I really enjoyed it—it was delicious! It is a bit on the pricey side, costing around $15 after tax.
I came here a few days and got the Chicken Cutlet Bowl and it was amazing! The chicken katsu was so tender and flavorful and the rice was also flavorful yet soft and it complimented the texture of the onions and eggs I would definitely recommend this dish!
Loveeee their Chicken Rice Balls! They make me happy ?
