I'd give it a 4.5 if I could, but the consensus on the table was a 5 so I'll turn around. We were a party of 6 and I guess we had a ROUND table. The waiters were attentive and could answer questions. We appreciate gluten-free options! There were many interesting choices because most dishes had a slight turn. We had roasted squash with Ricotta as an appetizer and it was subtle and yet delicious. The branzino was cooked perfectly and tastefully. The spaghetti with squash pure, chestnuts and cream was rich and delicious as soon as I added more parmesan. To dessert I had something I never heard of and loved. It was a chocolate cream glasses. The warm brownie with ice was good, but nothing special. All in all, all loved their meals and would recommend this place. Make a reservation as they are busy.
The wine is organized in a weird way, and it is very hard to find what you want. There are no labels for the regions, which is the way they try to organize the wines. There are also tons of wine with missing prices. The second reason why I don't enjoy this wine store is the employees. All of them seem bothered that you are even in the store and don't want to give you the time of day. Overall, I've been there several times and have had a poor experience each time. Go to Wine Geeks or the other wine store on Main Street for a much better experience and selection.
Welcoming place for a bruch it looked very nice and family friendly. Unfortunately the service was poor as we had to wait a while for the menus and over one hour for the food. Today i ordered “the weschester” breakfast platter but was dissapointed as the eggs were cold, the bread was bland, and the sausage tasted like a vienna canned sausage, but the bacos was very good. All in all it was not the best experience and would recommend to have more floor staff in this restaurant to improve service and customer experience
Friend 's anniversary. Noisy indoors though not full so ate outdoors. Rapid service though initially wrong meal brought. Bread fair. My wife 's halibut overcooked. My duck was rubbery though not overdone and sauce was uninteresting overall not tasty. Friends said their salad and hangersteak good . French fries very good though didn 't seem handcut. White wine just OK. None of us would return. Expensive for food quality.
Cocktails, service and outside location were all good. However, the melon gazpacho had no taste other than the garnish. Similarly the tuna tartar was the most bland, tasteless inept concoction I have encountered. I honestly wondered if an actual chef made the food or if he or she was on vacation and they left a recipe of basic ingredients with a worker without including spices or flavor enhancing ingredients.
