Fazoli's - Arnold

Staff is always friendly and food has always been great. Just had the baked spaghetti and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was.

I just ordered two slices of pizza and both were raw.

I've always loved Fazolis, and this one would rate higher for dining in--but they get sloppy when we order delivery. For example, the last two times we had our order delivered, we ordered New York cheesecake with strawberry topping, but the topping has been omitted.

We are from the city so we don't get this often but we craved some fazolis! The service we got at this location was absolutely amazing and that's because of Caitlyn! Thank you so much, Caitlyn! You were so polite and efficient. Will be comming back!
